The 2025 Swim Across America - St. Louis Open Water Swim is open for registration and we hope you will join us on Saturday, August 23th at Alpine Lake, Innsbrook Resort. You can participate as a swimmer or a land volunteer to help with on-site registration, hand out snacks/water/swag and other assignments.
Proceeds from the event are donated to Siteman Cancer Center.
